About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the front line of our growth story, connecting with potential clients, uncovering opportunities and introducing them to the tools that transform how agencies operate. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, helping to shape their first impression of Rex Software.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building connections, enjoys a challenge and is passionate about helping others succeed through technology.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media and networking
• Learn the ins and outs of Rex Software’s products, becoming a trusted voice for potential clients
• Qualify leads by understanding their goals, challenges and budgets
• Clearly communicate how Rex can solve real world problems for real estate professionals
• Schedule demos and meetings for the wider sales team
• Keep your CRM pipeline clean, organised and up to date
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitors
• Meet and exceed KPIs while celebrating wins as part of our culture

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A confident, engaging phone manner and professional written communication
• Critical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities and pain points
• Great presentation skills and a professional approach
• Experience in prospect research or lead generation is a plus
• A proactive, can do attitude and a willingness to learn
