Job Summary
Assists with staff scheduling, timekeeping, reporting, and other payroll-related functions in support of operations. Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of Nursing Administration and other assigned functional areaDoes this position require Patient Care? No
Essential Functions:
Performs timekeeping and administrative support duties for assigned departments.
-Manages daily schedules, alerts leaders of staffing challenges, and prepares regular reports regarding staffing.
-Performs administrative support for assigned departments, including secretarial duties.
-Tracks and reconciles staffing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to address any issues.
-Prepares and submits timekeeping reports to management and finance departments.
-Supports annual audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation.
-Maintains timekeeping records and ensures compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Education
Associate's Degree Accounting required or Associate's Degree Finance required or Associate's Degree Business Administration required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials
Experience
Experience in timekeeping processing, payroll processing, or financial administration, preferably in a healthcare setting 2-3 years required
