About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Planned Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We currently operate a hybrid working style, where you will spend 3 days per week working in the Oldham office and 2 days working from home.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative and support service, ensuring efficiency and compliance across key operational areas. Responsibilities include raising work and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, producing written correspondence for customers, and organising meetings with minute-taking in line with GDPR requirements. The role also involves triaging and administering CRM tasks, demonstrating proficiency across multiple software applications, and working to stringent service level agreements (SLAs).

We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be a highly organised Administrator, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. 

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using IT systems.
  • Attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educated to Level 2 or higher in English and Maths (equivalent GCSE Grade A*-C / 9-4).
