The Company
Czarnowski Collective creates high-impact, experience-driven brand engagements in the real world—where audiences gather, emotion happens, and brands come to life. We operate at the intersection of physical space, storytelling, and innovation—designing brand experiences that don’t just attract attention; they move people.
Our work spans industries where innovation and audience engagement converge:
- Sports & Entertainment: Fan zones, immersive activations, and entertainment partnerships
- Technology & Innovation: Showcasing breakthrough solutions for startups and global leaders
- Consumer Goods & Retail: Product launches, pop-ups, and branded retail environments
- Healthcare & Pharma: Transforming congresses into strategic experiential touchpoints
- Automotive & Mobility: Bringing future-forward mobility and product innovation to life
- Sustainability & Social Impact: Partnering with brands committed to purpose and progress
Czarnowski Collective is a multi-studio ecosystem—Czarnowski, Public School, Infusion, and assembly—each bringing unique strengths under one collaborative banner. What unites us is our mindset: We wonder. Every project starts out with curiosity and ends in a meaningful, memorable connection.
With over 75 years of expertise—and zero complacency—we continue to evolve, challenge assumptions, and redefine the future of brand experience.
Why This Role Matters
We are building a GTM/RevOps engine that behaves like a SaaS company, inside a creative experiential agency that works with iconic brands.
We want someone who gets excited about:
- Automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make, Tray, etc.)
- Data enrichment and intent platforms (6sense, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit)
- Letting systems do the work so humans don’t have to
This role is not about “managing a CRM.”
This role is about building automations, insights, and workflows that unlock revenue.
We want HubSpot and our tech stack to behave like an assistant, not a digital filing cabinet.
If RevOps is your playground and automation is your love language, this is your role.
The Purpose
This role connects people, processes, and technology to enable predictable revenue. By designing scalable systems and reporting, the Revenue Operations Manager ensures leadership has visibility into where to invest, where to focus, and where growth is coming from.
We don’t operate in silos—RevOps touches everyone. Collaboration is non-negotiable. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Leadership, and Account Services so we move as one revenue engine.
The Job
You will be the person who makes the system work for the humans.
You will:
Build + Automate
- Use automation tools (Clay, Zapier/Make/Tray, HubSpot Operations Hub) to reduce manual effort and eliminate repetitive tasks
- Enrich, score, and trigger workflows using 6sense-like intent tools
→ "This account shows intent on X. Assign it. Notify sales. Start a sequence."
Visualize + Inform
- Build dashboards that don’t just show numbers — they tell a story
→ “Here’s where pipeline is stuck. Here’s what levers we should pull.”
Connect + Integrate
- Architect HubSpot to connect to finance/billing for booked vs. billed revenue visibility
- Partner with Marketing to track campaigns, attribution, and lifecycle performance
Enable + Empower
- Create systems people want to use — intuitive, automated, and empowering
- Train teams, build playbooks, and support adoption across 175+ users
You’ll be the engine behind GTM automation, insights, and scale.
The Person
- You see a broken process and rush toward it (not away from it)
- You’re fueled by making things efficient, automated, and insightful
- You think in systems, not tasks
- You like connecting multiple tools and watching something just… work
- You build things for different groups of people that are insightful and easy to use
Experience that helps you succeed:
- HubSpot: Admin-level experience with workflows, objects, reporting
- Automation tools: Clay, Zapier, Make/Integro, Tray, Operations Hub
- Intent / data platforms: 6sense, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, Metadata, Demandbase
- Comfort with data: You build dashboards that tell stories, not just charts
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with connecting CRM <-> ERP/billing systems
- Ability to iterate quickly and ship MVP automations, not over-engineer them
