Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the design and development of injection molded and machined mechanical components and assemblies for pipettes and other precision liquid handling instruments• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.• Collaborate with electrical and firmware engineers to develop electromechanical systems.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to ensure product designs meet functional and quality standards.• Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving efforts.• Help maintain documentation including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturability.• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to mechanical engineering and laboratory instruments.
