Our fully accredited surgical facility emphasizes safety, collaboration, and an exceptional patient experience.Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between patients and the practice, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience throughout every stage of the surgical journey, from initial consultation through post-operative care. This role combines service excellence, sales acumen, and operational expertise to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience· Deliver a five-star luxury patient experience that reflects the Swan Center’s brand, professionalism, and values.· Take ownership of call scripts and pathways to ensure a seamless and comfortable surgery consultation and scheduling experience for each patient.· Build long-term patient relationships through personalized communication and follow-up touchpoints.· Develop and execute a warm, trustworthy, and sales-driven approach that meets or exceeds personal and department goals. Consultation and Surgery Scheduling· Coordinate all pre-operative and post-operative appointments, ensuring a seamless patient journey.· Manage the surgeon’s surgical schedule in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.· Prepare and distribute surgical quotes, pre-op instructions, consents, and necessary paperwork.· Communicate with surgical facilities, anesthesia providers, and vendors to confirm logistics and ensure readiness for each procedureAdministrative & Operational Duties· Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all privacy standards.· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient conversion, satisfaction, and retention.· Oversee accurate data entry and compile reports for surgeons and administration to support informed decision-making.· Support special projects, promotional events, and patient education initiatives as needed.Required Skills & Experience· Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics practice (preferred).· Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures, both surgical and non-surgical.· Proven ability to convert consultations into booked procedures.· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.· Proficiency with EMR/CRM systems (e.g., Nextech, TouchMD, PatientNow, etc.).· Detail-oriented, empathetic, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.· Sales, hospitality, or luxury-service background is a plus.· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization. · Proficiency in data reporting and scheduling systems. · Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service· Strong reliability and dependability Candidarsi ora
