We are seeking a dynamic and client-driven AVP Sales Support to join our Deposit Services team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the Managing Director of Deposit Services and Treasury Management, the AVP Sales Support plays a pivotal role in driving the bank’s commercial and business banking growth by leading a high-performing team of Executive Banking Associates and Treasury Management Analysts. This role is responsible for overseeing client onboarding, sales enablement, and service delivery excellence across key business segments. The AVP will ensure alignment between sales strategy, operational execution, and client satisfaction, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Executive Banking Associates and Treasury Management Analysts to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Conduct weekly L10’s.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for sales support and client onboarding.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
- Sales Enablement & Support
- Partner with Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Bankers, and Executive Bankers to support sales campaigns, prospective efforts, and client onboarding.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales support tools, training, and resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client proposals, product setups, and documentation.
- Client Experience & Service Delivery
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client issues and ensure resolution with a “white glove” approach.
- Monitor service levels and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Treasury Management Implementations and Support and Deposit Operations to ensure seamless implementation of TM services.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Contribute to the development of departmental strategies aligned with broader business goals.
- Analyze performance data and client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in banking, with a focus on sales support, client service, or treasury management.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products, treasury services, and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and banking platforms.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $95,000 – $105,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
