At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, our over 17.000 employees shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Internal Sales Regional Manager to join our Group to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and shape regional sales strategy across our organisation. You will spearhead sales performance in your region, guide a team of Internal Sales Engineers, and coordinate cross-functional specialists in Solutions, Marketing, Service, Sales, and our Customer Specialist Team.
This is a unique opportunity to blend commercial leadership with people management.
While you won’t have direct line management of all regional specialists, you’ll be the heartbeat of your Internal region—leading, communicating, and ensuring everyone is aligned and engaged with our strategic vision.
Key responsibilities for an Internal Sales Regional Manager:
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales performance in your region
- Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Service, and Solutions to deliver outstanding results
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity qualification
- Champion CRM systems and maintain top-quality data
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams for high-quality customer outcomes
- Organise impactful meetings, workshops, and problem-solving sessions
- Foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and accountability
- Coach and develop Internal Sales Engineers, supporting their career growth and wellbeing
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical and customer issues
- Engage proactively with customers, tailoring solutions to their needs and setting us apart from competitors
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales leadership, ideally in an engineering environment
- Experience leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Sales Professional Diploma (fully funded by us!)
- Strong Organisational insight, product expertise, and market awareness
- Excellent commercial acumen and digital fluency (Salesforce/SAP experience a plus)
- Resourceful, collaborative, and skilled at working cross-functionally
- Proactive, ethical, and resilient—ready to lead by example and drive engagement across teams
Desirable Experience
- Background in instrumentation or automation
- Sector-specific product knowledge
What we offer
- The stability of working for a global, family-owned leader in industrial measurement.
- We prioritise Work-Life Balance, offering flexible working hours and remote work opportunities to support our employees in maintaining a healthy balance.
- We are committed to Eco-Friendly Initiatives, promoting sustainable and responsible business practices.
- We provide On-Site Amenities such as our restaurant and cycle to work scheme, fostering a convenient and environmentally conscious workplace environment.
- Access to world-class training and personalised development plans.
- Family-friendly social events throughout the year.
- Excellent pension scheme and comprehensive benefits.
- Increase annual leave with length of service
If you’re looking to take your career to the next level, thrive on challenge, and want to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values continuous professional development, we want to hear from you.
Agencies, HR service providers, or similar entities are kindly requested to refrain from unsolicited submission of profiles and inquiries regarding potential collaboration.
