Who we are:
At Better Life Partners, we provide what it takes to heal from addiction. Wherever. Whenever.

We work alongside community-based organizations to meet our members where they are, no matter what recovery looks like to them. By combining virtual and in-person counseling, community support, and access to life-saving medication, we help people move beyond addiction to find belonging, love, and purpose.

If you’re looking to roll up your sleeves and meet hard challenges head-on, then we’re looking for you.

The role:
Our organization is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader as the Clinical Manager to lead a dynamic behavioral health team, operating in a primarily virtual space, inclusive of hiring, training and supervising the team.  You will work closely with State Operational and Medical Leaders to provide and oversee the highest level of clinical care delivered to our members.

If you are a caring, dedicated professional who is able to work independently, possesses strong communication skills, maintains exemplary ethical standards, practices evidence-based techniques and has a true desire to help others, stop now, this is the position for you!

Unless otherwise specified, this position is remote (work from home) with expectation of attending team meetings quarterly. Candidates must reside in either New Hampshire or North Carolina.
