We are seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale projects and oversee site development as we expand operations in Austin, TX. You will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of large-scale projects at our Austin Facilities. You will oversee facilities management, permitting, and the construction lifecycle, while navigating local, state, and federal requirements.

You will oversee facilities management, permitting, and the construction lifecycle, while navigating local, state, and federal requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of additional facilities development in Austin Texas, from initial planning through execution and closeout
Own facilities improvements, including expansion, upgrades, and validation of existing infrastructure
Oversee permitting processes, coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance
Manage construction, infrastructure, and operational readiness projects
Define project scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals
Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Develop and maintain risk management strategies to keep projects on track
Provide clear reporting and communication to company leadership and stakeholders
Drive operational readiness and ensure the Austin sites support company growth and DoD program requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of project management experience, with significant exposure to large-scale facilities or infrastructure projects
Strong background in site improvement, facilities management, and permitting
Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory environments
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams concurrently.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects greater than $10 million
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience in defense, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing industries preferred

Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
