The Business Services Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the Estimating department.
Responsibilities:- Assisting the Sales and Estimating team in communicating with the customers and updating the CRM as needed
- Entering data and creating new opportunities in the CRM
- Sorting papers, creating folders & filing as needed
- Answer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate parties
- Respond to inquiries from customers, Sales Representatives and Estimators
- Work with the Sales Operations team in improving and implementing new processes to increase workplace productivity and ensure smooth operations
- Other administrative duties as needed
- High school diploma required.
- One to three years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred
- Discretion and maturity required to maintain confidential information
- Intermediate computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Project, Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail, goal and quality oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environments
- Team oriented with proven success with interpersonal relationships and experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in in the workplace
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
