Overview:
Professional Development Coordinator
Full-Time | South and West Territory
 

Position Details:

  • Position begins in November 2025
  • Hybrid (90% remote with 10% travel to support in-person events)
  • Responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's Professional Development (PD) operations in the South and West Territory
  • South (FL, NC, SC, GA); Central South (TX, OK, MS, TN, AL); West (CA, UT,WA, AZ)

Our educators equip students with exceptional learning experiences; our Professional Development teams build their skills in key instructional areas like literacy, math, STEM, technology implementation, and blended learning. Responsibilities:
As a Professional Development Coordinator with Catapult Learning, you will:
  • Coordinate Operations:
    • Support PD leaders with daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly.
    • Create and maintain written reports and spreadsheets that track and record delivery of PD services and allocations.
    • Coordinate between different regional program departments to ensure alignment and consistency.
    • Create work orders for designated programs.
    • Assist with scheduling assignments.
    • Identify areas for operational improvement.
    • Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate:
    • Serve as the point of contact between various stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication among team members, management, and external partners.
  • Report and Document:
    • Create opportunity records in our CRM platform.
    • Prepare and maintain operational reports.
    • Document procedures and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
    • Support year-end reporting with monthly upkeep.
    • Assist with invoice and billing reports.
    • Perform upkeep of district portals and supporting documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic Professional Development Coordinator we seek has these qualifications.            
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in education, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in educational operations, administration, or a related field. Experience in managing projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Proficient knowledge of Cloud-based storage and file sharing, Microsoft Office products and/or Google Suite products and CRM software; knowledge of video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Minimal travel required to support in-person events.
