Low Voltage Project Manager presso Brooks Building Solutions

Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Building Automation Low Voltage Project Manager to lead low-voltage BAS projects from start to finish. You’ll manage teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Pay Scale: Starting at $75,000-$110,000+, negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of BAS systems (controls, sensors, lighting, access, HVAC)
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope changes
• Supervise low-voltage technicians and apprentices
• Maintain client and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with codes, quality standards, and safety

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven low-voltage project management experience
• Knowledge of BAS, controls, lighting, access, and HVAC systems
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and end-users.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
