We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to join our Product Innovation team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Manager, Global Product Innovation Strategy to execute on strategic product initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and refinement of new and existing Product Information Pages (PIPs).

  • Support the execution of The Lab, a Product Innovation experience brought to dōTERRA events.

  • Support planning and execution of the annual Product Showcase at dōTERRA’s Convention.

  • Assist with managing dōTERRA’s strategic partnership with Mintel, including competitive and consumer research, and help coordinate continuing education opportunities for the team.

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of product-related experiences, including setup, breakdown, and movement of materials, equipment, and supplies. Requires regular lifting and manual handling of items up to 50 pounds, with occasional periods of standing and walking.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related fields preferred (experience in consumer goods or wellness is a plus)

  • Willingness to travel and work onsite at key events

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
