We’re seeking a seasoned Marketing Creative Manager with a strong background in brand agency environments. This role primarily focuses on brand and sponsorship initiatives, including brand campaigns, internal and external communications, co-branding, and sponsorships. You’ll lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand standards, and timelines. Collaboration across teams, resource management, and process optimization are key to success in this role. 

 

What you'll do… 

  • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of multiple, moderately complex brand and sponsorship campaigns across diverse audiences and business areas. 

  • Project Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using agile and waterfall methodologies. 

  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks, ensuring minimal impact on scope, budget, and deadlines. 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates on project milestones and status to internal teams, leadership, and external partners. 

  • Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workflow, quality, and team collaboration. 

  • Tool & Tech Utilization: Leverage project management platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront) to track progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery. 

  • Compliance & Approvals: Manage legal, compliance, and brand approvals (including FINRA or copyright filings) and maintain proper documentation. 

  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor and freelance selection, scope development, and budget oversight throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to drive alignment and results.

Position Requirements

What you'll need… 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency setting. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Proficient in project management methodologies; certifications a plus. 

  • Skilled in project management tools such as, Confluence, and Workfront, . 

  • Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and quality. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. 

  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.  Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing.
