As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead brand strategy and campaigns for Artos Academy and the Center for Bible Engagement (CBE), helping fuel a global movement of Bible engagement through storytelling, data insights, and creative collaboration.

What You’ll Do 

• Lead Brand and Marketing Strategy:Developmarketingplansthat align Artos and CBE with ODBM’s global vision.
• PlanCampaigns:Manageintegrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, andgrowth.
• Nurture Digital Growth:Partnerwithdigitalteams,to grow andengage email and social audiences through organic and paid strategies.
• Champion the Audience:Use data insights to strengthen engagement journeys and connect people more deeply with Scripture.
• Create Impactful Content:Developstrategies forstorytellingthrough video, copy, and design.
• Maximize Partnerships:Pursue church and organizational opportunities to grow subscriptions, sales, and donations.
• Collaborate Globally:Work cross-functionallyto ensure consistent, high-quality campaigns and messaging.
• Innovate& Lead:Share best practices with internal and externalpartners.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Marketingorrelatedfield.
• 5+ years inmarketing(including digital and brand management).
• Strong Bible knowledge and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in design and content tools (InDesign, Photoshop), Google Ads/Analytics, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

• Data-driven with strong analytical, storytelling, and communicationskills.
