Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives.

The Alumni Network Program Manager will provide critical assistance to help grow membership, provide quality connections with Alumni and support reporting and other engagement routines for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
Leads project and/or remediation requirement documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance
Plans and organizes projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion
Navigates across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
Supports the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and helps assess adoption risks
Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders

Daily Approvals & Data Validation, including email outreach to “pending” applications
Program-based membership growth initiatives, including pending retirement and termination outreach
Member service and problem solving, especially during application process
Month-End Reporting Prep and data accuracy activities, in partnership with GOAT
Mailbox monitoring and regulatory required customer inquiry audits (partnership with consumer team)
Partnership with Communications, Marketing, Local Markets and Events to provide members with a best-in-class experience with Alumni Network offerings
Required Qualifications:
Relatable HR (Human Resources) experience and/or demonstrated leadership experience including project/product support
Command of MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups) and PowerPoint
Proven data orientation and analytic skills, demonstrating strong, basic statistical skills, as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results and arrive at well founded, logical conclusions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience developing executive-ready presentations.
Drive for timely and thorough execution with strong work ethic to roll up sleeves, run reports, review data, draw insights.
Commitment to operational excellence; makes recommendations around more efficient processes/procedures, drives for standardization opportunities.
Strong attention to detail; delivers polished work product with high quality in a timely manner – flawless execution is non-negotiable.

Desired Qualifications:
Working experience with data visualization tools/technology such as MicroStrategy, Alteryx, SQL, & Tableau. Tableau is strongly preferred.
Understanding of HR data elements, especially as they relate to termination and retirement activity, and how to access through reporting tools and Workday
Client or employee support experience
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
