What You'll Do

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our service customers.
• Listen to concerns, explain repair needs clearly, and set honest expectations.
• Communicate between customers and technicians to keep things running smoothly.
• Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction before they drive away.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience with GM and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus
