Job Description:

Manages Human Resources Staffing and Solutions Center staff and manages workflow and workload; seeks opportunities to revise workflow processes to maximize efficiencies. Responsible for the integrity of applicant and employee information in the Recruitment and HR systems. Responds to requests and provides analysis and reporting regarding statistical employee and applicant data. Supports the goals of the Office of Human Resources. Develops and promotes positive community relations among various community and school clientele.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position Specific Information (if Applicable):

    

Responsibilities:

Develop and administer user training on HRIS system for central office and for school/department decentralized applications, for the effective use of the software, flows and forms.

Maintain, analyze and interpret data related to; employees, applicants, retention, and diversity of workforce. Verify wage and benefit information for district budgeting. Provide complex and confidential support in researching and developing and reviewing reports responding to inquiries related to the following groups: Federal, State, Legal Counsel, ESSA, CDE, EEOC, Board of Education and senior management

Supervise, evaluate, and manage Human Resource Solutions Center and Staffing Specialist staff including hiring, training, work allocation, conflict resolution, and establishing employee performance goals.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Maintain and process employee records as functional manager of HR Solutions Center and Staffing Specialists.

Evaluate, maintain current knowledge and make recommendations to the directors concerning computer, related hardware, and application software upgrades and replacements.

Serve as liaison to Information Systems, Budget and Payroll departments.

Full Salary Range:

$75,450.85 USD - $114,296.82 USD Annual
  • All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
