This is a dynamic, high-impact role critical to guaranteeing product availability and optimizing inventory levels across our international network.

About the role

As the central coordinator, you will lead global Filorga Supply strategies, working hand-in-hand with local Demand Planners (DPs) to achieve best-in-class performance in Demand Planning Accuracy (DPA) and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Level Guarantee: Focus on guaranteeing agreed service levels by ensuring affiliates have the necessary availability of finished products at all times.

  • Inventory Optimization: Analyze opportunities to optimize inventory, proactively keeping Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) volumes and overall inventory levels below targets.

  • Process & System Leadership: Lead the implementation of new processes and systems within the Demand Planning functions of our affiliates.

  • Assortment & Planning Oversight: Oversee control and planning for the entire product lifecycle, including active products, promotional plans, launches, and discontinuations.

  • Synchronization & Communication: Achieve continuous synchronization between demand and supply, facilitating continuous communication between departments.

  • Affiliate Liaison: Prepare and lead monthly meetings with affiliates (analyzing deviations, risks, and opportunities) and manage affiliate quotas and information.

  • System Integrity: Maintain appropriate system parameters to ensure correct product planning.

  • Coordination of the trade plan with HQ + affiliate teams (volumes, deadlines, etc.)

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Supply Chain), Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning, Replenishment, or Inventory Control.

  • Language Skills:

    • Advanced English (required for global communication).

    • Good French skills (preferred).

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong collaborative mindset—you are an expert at challenging data constructively and building consensus.

    • Advanced analytical skills—you can interpret complex data to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization paths.

Location:8th arrondissement, Paris, France until July 2026, after which the company will depart to Colombes. This position requires office presence 4 times a week (Monday through Thursday)
