💼 Responsibilities
- Manage and organize construction documents including RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs, and closeouts
- Track document revisions and maintain current project records
- Coordinate document control, indexing, and archival processes across multiple projects
- Support billing, invoicing, and project reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and timely deliverables
- Use Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and other construction tools for document review and markup
- Maintain compliance with project standards and documentation requirements
- Assist with takeoff services and data management workflows as needed
🛠 What Will Help You Succeed
- 2–3 years of experience in construction document control or project coordination
- Strong understanding of document management and version control
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction platforms is a plus
- BIM or AutoCAD knowledge is encouraged but not required
🕒 Work Schedule
- Full-time position operating on Pacific Time Zone hours
- Remote work approved, with preference for Southern California candidates who can occasionally attend meetings in Costa Mesa or Irvine
