Weâre looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to flourish in this lively, activity-filled environment.Â
đ What Youâll Do
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with advance rotas and long shifts (8amâ11pm) including sleep-in nights.
đ° What Youâll Earn
Annual salary: ÂŁ39,760 â ÂŁ41,760, depending on your qualifications and experience â this includes an average of 8 sleep-in shifts per month.

What Youâll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
- Minimum 12 monthsâ experience in childrenâs residential care.
- Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (weâre unable to offer sponsorship).

Dove is a Three bedroom childrenâs home, offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in recreational activities tailored to the childâs interests e.g. cinema, swimming and sports, etc.
