đ What Youâll Do
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Â Work as part of a dedicated team, from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday â offering structure, support, and a healthy work-life balance.Â
đ° What Youâll Earn
Annual salary: ÂŁ34,000 â ÂŁ36,000, depending on your qualifications and experienceÂ

What Youâll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
- Minimum 12 monthsâ experience in childrenâs residential care.
- Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (weâre unable to offer sponsorship).

Wisteria is a Four bedroom childrenâs home, offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in recreational activities tailored to the childâs interests e.g. cinema, swimming and sports, etc.
