Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care & Clinical Supervision

  • Oversee nursing care delivery during the shift, ensuring adherence to evidence-based clinical practices and hospital policies.

  • Ensure accurate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

  • Supervise medication administration, IV therapy, and documentation to prevent drug errors.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies (Code Blue, Fire, Disaster) and ensure staff preparedness at all times.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control practices, including hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and aseptic techniques.
