We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to lead enterprise customer acquisition efforts. The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting top corporate clients across India by presenting tailored solutions that drive value for their HR, Admin, and Marketing functions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients among India’s top 1000 companies.
  • Reach out to senior stakeholders (VP and above) through emails, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads and meetings.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and solution pitches to decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize account penetration and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the CRM system.
  • Follow established sales processes and participate actively in ongoing sales and product training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of total sales experience, including at least 2 years of selling to senior stakeholders in large enterprises (India’s top 1000 companies).
  • Experience in HRTech, B2B SaaS, gifting, or printing industries is an added advantage.

Role Type: Full-time, with strong growth potential
Location: Remote — Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Saturday off per month)
