Hometown Health Center (HHC), a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment with no nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, and specialty providers
- Document care in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
- No nights, weekends, or on-call expectations
- Competitive salary based on experience

What You Bring:
- Current Maine NP license (or ability to obtain)
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in primary care or community health preferred
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills

- Comfort with EHR systems and team-based care
