Hometown Health Center (HHC), a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our integrated care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment with no nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, and specialty providers
  • Document care in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
  • No nights, weekends, or on-call expectations
  • Competitive salary based on experience

What You Bring:

  • Current Maine NP license (or ability to obtain)
  • National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience in primary care or community health preferred
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Commitment to providing equitable, compassionate care
  • Comfort with EHR systems and team-based care
