What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for the Ford brand and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
• Basic computer proficiency (including mobile apps and CRM systems)
• Willingness to learn Ford products— from F-Series trucks to EV models like the Mustang Mach-E and Lightning
• Familiarity with basic finance concepts
• A team-first mindset
• A valid driver’s license
