Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $40,040-$60,008 plus incentive potential
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday availability
Position Summary
The Sell Dispatch Coordinator is part of the Driveway fulfillment team and will be responsible for fulfillment coordination between customers and fulfillment centers. The position will be responsible for coordinating vehicle pickup scheduling, managing vehicle pickup logistics, and ensuring timely positive equity payments to customers at the time of vehicle pickup. Sell Dispatch Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Field Operations team, Lithia dealerships nationwide, and third-party logistics providers, while proactively delivering results and providing exceptional customer service.
The Sell Dispatch Coordinator will demonstrate Lithia & Driveway’s mission and core values with humble confidence and will report directly to the Sell Dispatch Supervisor.
Primary Duties (Responsibilities)
Address customer cases as soon as assigned via our CRM
Determine fulfillment type based on customer location and coordinate vehicle pickups accordingly
Schedule vehicle pickups at the earliest possible time considering customer availability, preferences, and fulfillment capacity
Coordinate vehicle pick-up between Driveway customers and field operations teams, including in-market, store-based, hub, and out-of-market (OOM) fulfillment
Track and update load status in TMS and CRM, and update appointment times and statuses in Scheduling, CRM, and TMS programs
Ensure customers are informed and comfortable regarding pickups, payments, and documentation of their vehicle sale (including VPAs, BoS, etc.)
