ADP Inbound Team Lead

About the Role:
The Role of a Team Leader 1 on Inbound is to coach, lead by example and support the development of the team members to achieve and exceed program delivery targets. The Team Leader 1 will split their time between their daily tasks and supporting the team members. The Team Leader I will assist the Manager and other team leads in daily reporting and quality assurance assessments. Typically, a Team Leader will support up to 6 team members.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, Inside Sales position. W-2, base hourly + commission.
What does success look like
- Motivate and support their team to meet and exceed their goals.
- Help to build strong team morale.
- Complete quality assurance evaluations on a weekly basis.
- Identify training and development needs to ensure the provisions of suitable development and learning opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics.
- Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
- Ensure the quality of generated leads meet or exceed the requirements of the client through structured QA process and coaching.
- Lead by example and be the best agent you can be so your team can emulate your example to achieve success.

Required Skills

- Proven to meet or exceed individual performance goals.
- Ability to maintain availability objectives while staying on task with other responsibilities and supporting the team.
- Must currently be a member of the ADP Inbound team
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM software
- Minimum 6 months experience on an ADP Program
