Innovation Marketing Manager
While we would like to fill this position in the KC area, it is not required. We are very open to filling this position wherever our top candidate is located! It is helpful if the person is within driving distance to a Terracon office, somewhere within the US.

As the Innovation Marketing Manager, you will significantly enhance our brand presence and accelerate growth by leading marketing efforts for SaaS and innovative service offerings to accelerate project delivery and empower our clients with site intelligence data and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate brings energy and experience in B2B SaaS, product, or technology marketing, and successful achievements in digital marketing and lead generation strategies. Responsibilities include:
Marketing Planning
Growth Focus: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM marketing and communications plans aligned with strategic growth goals and adapt to competitive intelligence. Create ideal customer profiles, develop key messages, and map client journeys.
Insights & Analysis: Collaborate with product leaders to set KPIs, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to measure ROI.
Marketing Execution
Digital Marketing: Lead corporate marketing and agency resources to execute lead generation campaigns through digital channels and event marketing.
Storytelling & Positioning: Develop compelling value messaging, create use case stories, identify opportunities for thought leadership, and showcase innovative applications at events.
Change Management
Energetic Leadership: Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate teams, and drive the adoption of new tools and processes across the organization through storytelling.
Effective Communication: Create communication plans that build belief in support of internal adoption, ensuring that stakeholder groups are well-informed and prepared to embrace new opportunities.
Requirements:
SaaS, product, or technology industry marketing experience.
Successful lead generation and digital marketing campaign execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related degree and 10 years of marketing and communications experience. Alternatively, instead of a degree, 15 years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
The selected candidate will have the option to work from Terracon’s corporate office, utilize a hybrid arrangement at an existing Terracon location, or primarily work remotely. Occasional travel may be required.
