About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst Intern to join our team for a high-impact reconciliation project. This internship offers hands-on experience with financial systems and operations in a fast-paced, business-to-business (B2B) environment. You’ll work closely with our finance team to investigate historical cash transactions, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure financial accuracy across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain access to and navigate our financial systems to support reconciliation efforts.
• Investigate historical cash transactions and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally via email with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and other departments to clarify financial intentions and records.
• Document findings and contribute to the success of a large-scale reconciliation initiative.
• Uphold professional standards in all written communications

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, professional emails.
• Comfortable working in a B2B environment with external stakeholders.
• Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and contribute to team discussions.
• Proactive and open to engaging with peers and leadership.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
