Homeoffice Functional Analyst (SAP) presso Arobas Personnel

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Functional Analyst (SAP) for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.

 *Remote- 100% remote with occasional travel, regardless of office location * 

Your day-to-day:

• Support business and PMO teams in demand management and project prioritization.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT projects.
• Contribute to system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation including specifications, analysis, configuration, and testing deliverables.
• Perform peer reviews of design standards and documentation.
• Ensure smooth transition and handover from the project delivery team to the application support team.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex support and maintenance issues.
• Contribute to product, tool, and methodology decisions while keeping up with industry trends.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP advisors/partners.
• Support organizational change management efforts, including user training, impact analysis, and job aids.

Required skills:

• Experience in large-scale or international projects (10,000+ users).
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 3–4 years of hands-on SAP GTS configuration experience (key requirement).
• 7+ years of experience with SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM).
• Knowledge of compliance management, customs management, and trade preference management.
• Understanding of interfaces, APIs, and microservices.
• Interest in international trade and commerce.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments.

Assets:

• Experience with third-party integrations with SAP.
• Knowledge of UML, database queries, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of S/4HANA processes and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of import/export and customs processes.
• Background in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
• Experience working with multi-site and international organizations.
