As Product Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of multiple projects. You will be responsible for managing schedules, defining and monitoring key performance indicators, developing and maintaining dashboards, and streamlining project documentation. Through these activities, you will make a substantial contribution to the success of our product and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain custom reporting dashboards in tools such as Power BI, leveraging APIs and Azure DevOps to automate data integration.
- Streamline project documentation, communication, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate and track activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate structured communication between development, product, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks, tools, and best practices across the product organization.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role, Product Operations or a similar role supporting a product or technology organization.
- Strong knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management software, including tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, ServiceNow, Monday.com, etc. Experience with Azure DevOps is an explicit plus, as is the ability to develop scripts and interact with APIs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI or similar, to create insightful and actionable project reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English (C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; German is a plus.
