We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team in delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our sales operations—from coaching comfort consultants and setting performance goals to developing winning strategies and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity
  • Set sales targets and closely monitor performance, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Work with leadership to develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to ensure a competitive edge
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies for management review
Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field highly desired
  • 3+ years proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Extensive understanding of B to C sales specific to HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
