We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (Setter) to help us connect with organizations who need what we offer.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Data Migration Specialist to lead data migrations from multiple legacy systems into our software. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, data analysis, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience working with complex datasets, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively.

As the key point of contact for clients during the migration process, you will gain a deep understanding of their data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure a smooth, accurate, and secure migration into our software.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute data migration projects from multiple source systems into a single destination system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their data structures, needs, and workflows, providing insights that shape migration strategies.
  • Perform data analysis, cleansing, validation, and transformation to align with the requirements of our software.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools to support data mapping, migration, and validation.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team, cross-functional partners, and clients to align on migration needs and drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear understanding of priorities, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Provide client-facing support during migration, including configuring the system for accurate data imports, guiding communication, and supporting post-migration validation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data mappings, migration processes, and validation procedures.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with data migration projects, particularly involving multiple source systems into a centralized platform.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide data-driven guidance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting and macros.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL experience is preferred).
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
