Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team and work closely with our client's product managers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping business process transformation across modules including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, F&O, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for CRM and ERP modernization
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation using user stories or BRDs
Collaborate with Product Managers to define functional flows, process maps, and KPI expectations
Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) to support no-code/low-code implementations
Validate end-user requirements through UAT scripts and test scenarios
Required Skills:
Strong domain knowledge in at least 3 of: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations (F&O)
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Dataverse modelling
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules and their extensions
Strong documentation and communication skills.
