Demonstrates skill in: coordinate the development of scope of work, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and schedules with different discipline managers; monitoring of project budgets, financial metrics, schedule, quality and client feedback; quality management plans; developing project staffing plans that includes the right resources including quality assurance and peer review team members; effective communication with team members, client and stakeholders; risk analysis and mitigation; and procurement of sub consultants, subcontractors, and other direct project costs. Manages project portfolio for few clients. Project sizes are up to $1,000,000 in gross revenue.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

4. Managing and Controlling Costs
a. Understands financial management concepts and uses the right tools to manage budgets.
b. Effectively prepares and monitors scopes and fees for new or additional work with appropriate staffing, rates or billing structure, target multiplier and profitability.
c. Uses technology to increase productivity and profitability.
d. Takes care of invoicing, scheduling, collections, and other PM duties in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Managing Project Resources
a. Plans and executes project effectively and efficiently using appropriate tools such as project management plans, kickoff meetings, resource planning, schedules, and periodic team project meetings.
b. Delegates work assignments appropriately and uses leverage in staffing projects.
c. Includes team members in planning.
d. Sets expectations, provides direction, and monitors delegated activities.
e. Develops achievable and detailed schedules and works with project team to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
f. Works well managing virtual teams and willingly works with the appropriate resources regardless of location.
g. Provides clear performance expectations and consistent, timely and quality feedback.
h. Coordinate with project team for additional resources when needed and uses appropriate leverage.
a. Effectively identifies out-of-scope items and eliminates “scope creep” and/or secures amendments/change orders for additional services.
b. Effectively communicates and coordinates with client and project stakeholders to keep project on budget and schedule.
c. Works closely with clients, CAMs and others to identify new or add-on project opportunities.
d. Meets or exceeds client and stakeholder schedules and deadlines.
