- A field electrician or Journeyman looking to get into estimating! You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a team along with direct client interaction. You love construction and are passionate about the creation of homes that enhance the lives of clients and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.
 
- Knowledge of the electrical industry with a deep understanding of materials, labor costs, and project management. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Contribution to Premier Technology Group (What we'll teach you to do!):
- Cost Estimation: Analyze plans, specs, and other docs to help prepare estimates for electrical projects.
 - Project Analysis: Conduct site visits and work with architects, designers, subcontractors and clients to understand project requirements and specs
 - Learn to use software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, McCormick Systems, Dtools
 - Scope of Work: Document and create for project proposals and change orders
 - Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, PMs, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle to communicate estimates and budget updates.
 - Sales Coordination: Scheduling, Proposal Creation/Tracking, Project Folders, CRM Status, Follow-up
 
What Makes You Successful (But will teach to the right person):
- Strong knowledge of electrical (NEC), construction, and cost analysis
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
 - Strong understanding of project timelines, customer communication, & bidding process
 - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
 
Premier Technology Group's Contribution to You:
- $25 to $35/hr (Based on Experience)
