Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day operations, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Drive property performance to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal affordable housing regulations.
• Oversee leasing, budgeting, vendor management, and team development.
• Implement LUMA’s high standards, policies, and procedures for community success.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of PFC Affordable Housing property management experience.
✔ 2+ years of management experience (100+ unit properties) OR 1+ year for smaller properties.
✔ Fair Housing training and a designation from IREM or the Apartment Association.
✔ Strong sales, marketing, and public relations background.
✔ Proficiency in Yardi, CRM, Paycom, and Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to analyze financials, rent rolls, and reports.
✔ Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
