Job Purpose:
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing company-wide recruiting functions at a professional level. The primary focus of this position is on full-cycle recruiting; encompasses spearheading our recruiting and onboarding process, enhancing workplace culture, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, job requisitions, termination forms, benefits flyers, salary analysis & reports and corrective actions.
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal and external customers, upper management, leadership team and employees to ensure timely, informed and accurate information.
- Evaluating candidates skill set and appraising their pay scale accordingly while collaborating with the management team.
- Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
- Researching, attending, and conducting recruiting and marketing events. Including but not limited to: Job fairs, trade shows, job boards & platforms, school career services, and recruitment agencies.
- Sourcing and placing qualified candidates into open positions.
- Developing recruitment strategies, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook), DocuSign
- Knowledge of Paylocity is preferred
- Social Listening skills

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years experience in recruiting and/or talent acquisition, must be full cycle
- Must be bilingual - Spanish
