Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
· Red Seal Certification (required)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proven ability to manage high-volume service
· Passion for culinary innovation and excellence
· Food Safety Certification (e.g., Safe Food Handling
Must be able to pass a security clearance
