We are searching for an Operations Associate to help support our overall firm operations and advisory business. We will train and coach you along the way so you can grow and establish a successful career.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Prepare, review, and submit new account applications and custodial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple client service tasks simultaneously such as client transactions and custodial alerts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client teams, custodians, and wealth management clients for all service-related items
  • Process cashiering and money movement requests, including wires, ACH transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and RMDs
  • Set up and maintain accurate client data in CRM and other firm technology platforms (Salesforce, Orion, etc.)
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer with recurring data audits and annual SEC filing requirements
  • Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting, system migrations, and operational improvement projects
  • Ensure data integrity and proper documentation across all client and firm records with the ability to demonstrate strong Excel skills to manage firm data and reporting
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and internal team members, both in writing and over the phone
