About Jackson Hill & Fish
At Jackson Hill & Fish Private Wealth Advisors , we believe in delivering one-to-one, boutique client experiences — offering clarity, comfort, and control to busy executives, business owners, and multigenerational families. We are proud to operate as a true fiduciary, independent from large firm constraints—allowing our clients to benefit from transparency, tailored strategies, and a deeply relationship-driven process.
As a small, high-touch advisory practice with nearly 20 years in operation, we do fewer things, but we do them exceptionally well. We are not for everyone — we partner with clients who seek depth, trust, and lasting relationships.
Position Overview
The Part-Time Client Associate supports our mission by being a reliable, polished, and client-focused liaison between our advisory team and clients. You’ll help ensure operational excellence and elevate client satisfaction — enabling our advisors to focus on strategic planning and relationship growth.
This role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and room to grow—ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and thrives in a boutique, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as a professional first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person when needed, delivering service that reflects our boutique values.
· Support account opening, transfers, money movement, and general maintenance requests, coordinating with custodians and internal teams.
· Prepare client meeting materials, performance reports, and planning documents.
· Maintain and update client data in CRM, portfolio systems, and documentation files.
· Assist with compliance tasks: file/document tracking, disclosures, record-keeping.
· Help coordinate client events, onboarding experiences, and outreach initiatives.
· Collaborate with the advisory team to streamline processes and enhance client service workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
· 2+ years in financial services, preferably in wealth management, advisory, or private banking.
· Familiarity with custodial operations, transfers, and money movement.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a small-team setting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication — you should be comfortable representing the firm outwardly.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM / portfolio / planning tools (e.g. Orion, Redtail, eMoney) is a plus.
· Professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset aligned with fiduciary values.
· Licensing (Series 7, 66, or Investment Advisor licenses) is welcomed but is not required.
