 Good Karma Brands is in need of an experienced and top-performing ESPN West Palm Marketing Consultant (Account Executive) for our team in West Palm Beach. Our working partnership with ESPN, allows us to offer brands and agencies the opportunity to advertise on ESPN.com, the ESPN App, and Live OTT/CTV on ESPN, ESPN Events Sponsorships, and ESPN 106.3FM and Deportes 760AM radio stations in the Palm Beaches. 

 The Primary Role of a Marketing Consultant

The primary role of the ESPN Marketing Consultant is to develop long-term relationships with local/regional businesses by creating and selling successful, customized sports marketing solutions utilizing the above assets: ESPN Digital and OTT, ESPN Events sponsorships, and ESPN Radio.  Marketing Consultants are responsible for account development, including prospecting new business and account retention and growth of existing partners. This will require a thorough knowledge of the market and of the assets, solutions, and services we provide. A firm understanding of digital media and streaming landscape is preferred.

Daily Tasks of a Marketing Consultant

• Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities  
• Develop relationships with area/regional businesses, agencies, and decision makers  
• Create successful, customized marketing solutions utilizing our ESPN assets targeted locally/regionally   
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the complete portfolio of ESPN West Palm assets 
• Continually educate yourself on sports marketing and media trends in the industry  
• New business account development  
• Network with local/regional businesses to expand your sphere of influence in the market  
• Ability to uncover marketing objectives and create solutions to solve those objectives  
• Ability to sell at all levels including C-Level positions, and advertising agencies 
• Other assigned tasks

  Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications  

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of relationship-building and revenue growth
• Requirement to work in the West Palm Beach office, 5 days a week
• A passion for connecting with people and telling stories that drive business results
• Familiarity in CRM tool such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
• Personal sense of responsibility and accountability 
• Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work collaboratively
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills  
• Excellent written and verbal skills   
• With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license  

Hours/Salary/Benefits 

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. This is a full-time in-office position and will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
