As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in luxury outdoor and patio products, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, build lasting client relationships, and help transform outdoor spaces into elegant, personalized retreats. What You'll Do:

  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and timely follow-up on leads to expand our customer base.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Territory Development & Sales Presentations: Strategically manage and grow sales territory across South Florida. Conduct in-person visits, deliver impactful presentations, and showcase product demonstrations to contractors, designers, and retailers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously seek opportunities to grow market share and enhance customer engagement.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system. Prepare detailed quotes and close sales contracts efficiently.
  • Travel & Client Engagement: Conduct regular travel throughout Central Florida and the Northeast Coast to engage with clients and prospects, promote our product offerings, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions that align with their goals. Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (building materials or construction industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
