Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies to help the company remain competitive, and discuss potential opportunities with leadership.
- Participate in client transitions, including equipment installations, by collaborating with relevant internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to ensure open communication and address service needs effectively.
- Proactively identify and resolve service concerns, working with internal teams to provide timely solutions and updates to clients.
- Share positive client feedback internally to recognize good performance and support best practices.
- Schedule regular client meetings based on account size or client requests, and provide data or reports as needed.
- Monitor account profitability, contracts, and financial performance, recommending adjustments to services, pricing, or equipment as appropriate.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and resigning to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and increased margin, and coordinate service or equipment changes with clients.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to manage their accounts within the company’s territory.
- Manage and maintain accurate account data in the CRM system, ensuring all correspondence and activities are properly tracked and accessible.
- Work with marketing and internal teams to address client requests and communicate available services.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
- Stay informed on competitive offerings and support strategy development as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Ability to read and interpret basic business P&L and balance sheet information.
- Understand and calculate ROI (return on investment).
- Apply business math concepts, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general documents, software manuals, and emails.
- Technical aptitude and awareness of industry/technology trends.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and move around.
- Use hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Standard hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; flexibility required for client needs.
- Limited work-from-home may be approved (up to 12 days/year) by leadership.

Total Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 ($70,000 base + commission)
