Description: 

We are seeking an AVP, Partner Marketing, for AGIA Affinity (a DOXA company), to oversee our clients’ partner marketing strategies and lead the teams accountable for bringing these strategies to life. This leader will ultimately be responsible for driving increased client insurance program growth and AGIA new business marketing net revenue growth through deep analysis of overall marketing spend, client audience insights, product penetration, and creative and channel mix. 


In this role, you will leverage data to continually optimize and prioritize spend across clients, campaigns, and channels. You will drive ROI through integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, owning creative strategy and partnering closely with marketing peers to leverage data insights, develop testing plans, ensure strong product positioning, and adopt best digital practices within partner strategy. You will also partner closely with our Growth and Account Development teams, serving as the primary marketing thought partner to influence affinity groups and carriers in adopting proven marketing techniques and refining strategies. 



Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing, customer-centric partner marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, accountability, and a progress-over-perfection mindset.  
  2. Own revenue-focused partner marketing strategy and execution, leading partner marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns across owned and partner-owned channels, modernize B2C/B2B marketing, launch and optimize client service models, expand product adoption within client membership, and defining partner marketing creative direction..
  3. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing peers to drive efficiency, develop testing strategies,  optimize product positioning, match loyalty cross-sell/up-sell strategy to client goals, and integrate proven digital tactics into partner strategies.
  4. Drive stakeholder engagement by collaborating closely with affinity partners to design strategic campaigns that drive their growth while advancing company objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing marketing expertise, creative direction, and data-based insights to strengthen and advance long-term relationships.  Cultivate alignment with Growth and Account Development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and consultation..
  5. Champion a data-driven approach by optimizing partner marketing KPIs, driving informed decision-making, analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement, and refining segmentation, targeting, and personalization with insights fed back into product marketing and persona development.
  6. Perform other functions and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 10+ years of leading high performing marketing, at least 5+ years of experience leading a partner marketing function within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of partner marketing. 
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B and B2C strategies. 
  • Knowledge of management principles and best practices. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM and analytics, tools. 
  • Knowledge of direct mail and omni-channel marketing.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level (both internally and externally).

Travel: This position is available as a remote opportunity with expected domestic travel requirement 25-30% of the year
