Job Description:
We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Community Manager to lead our team at Parc Mosaic apartments in Boulder, CO. Built for Boulder and inspired by its natural beauty, Parc Mosaic is more than an apartment community — it’s a way of life. This LEED-certified, sustainably built community showcases outdoor gathering spaces, a year-round indoor/outdoor pool, a Peloton studio, ski and bike storage, and even a four-story climbing wall. Just minutes from CU Boulder, downtown, and local favorites like Ozo Coffee, Parc Mosaic offers the perfect blend of wellness, adventure, and connection.
As the Community Manager, you’ll be the heart of the community, guiding your team, serving residents, and driving performance. You’ll oversee daily operations for this 226 unit community , ensuring it runs effectively, meets financial goals, and offers residents an exceptional living experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead your leasing and service teams to achieve and exceed occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.
- Deliver an outstanding resident experience by building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing timely follow up on resident requests.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring all aspects of the community — from safety to curb appeal — meet company and resident expectations.
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the community to achieve financial objectives.
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with vendors and business partners to deliver exceptional service and maintain community excellence.
- Lead and develop teammates, providing clear direction and support to achieve community goals.
3–7 years of experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality.
Proven success achieving sales, leasing, or occupancy goals.
Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire teams and build trust.
Financial acumen and comfort managing budgets and community operations.
Proficiency with property management software and modern communication tools.
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected annual salary of $90,000 - $100,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- Options to live on-site, with a 100% discount on a one-bedroom apartment at the community you are working (certain exclusions and taxes apply, and an application is required).
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance and customer satisfaction.
