Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Community Manager to lead our team at 21 Fitzsimons and The Fremont Residences.

As the Community Manager, you’ll be the heart of the community, guiding the your team and driving performance. You’ll oversee daily operations for this 850 unit portfolio, ensuring it runs efficiently, meets financial goals, and offers residents an exceptional living experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead your leasing and service teams to achieve and exceed occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Deliver an outstanding resident experience by building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and providing timely follow up on resident requests.
  • Maintain operational excellence by ensuring all aspects of the community — from safety to curb appeal — meet company and resident expectations.
  • Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the community to achieve financial objectives.
  • Cultivate trusted partnerships with vendors and business partners to deliver exceptional service and maintain community excellence.
  • Lead and develop teammates, providing clear direction and support to achieve community goals.
Qualifications:

 

  • At least 5 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
  • Proven success achieving sales, leasing, or occupancy goals.
  • Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
  • Possess general understanding of financials and community operations budgets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire teams and build trust.

 

Additional Information:

What We Offer

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

  • Expected salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually + 20% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Commissions for new leases and renewals.
  • An Apartment Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income. The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability. (certain exclusions apply, specific unit is based on availability and must be approved by operations leadership and an application is required).
